The rain was generally west of a Rogers to Fayetteville to Fort Smith to Talihina line. Through 430 am... rain will fall across most of eastern oklhaoma and northwest Arkansas. The heaviest rain will effect Fayetteville and Sallisaw. Much of the rain will be light. Rainfall amounts will generally be around a half an inch near the Arkansas border to around a tenth of an inch west of there.
