Additional rises may be possible thereafter. * Impact... at 438.0 feet... main Road in Valley City overtopped 732 PM CST Fri Nov 20 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Illinois River at Beardstown. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 645 PM Friday the stage was 20.1 feet. * Flood stage is 14.0 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 20.2 feet by early tomorrow morning then begin falling.
