Precipitation amounts will be light...with perhaps a few tenths of an inch of snow accumulation across the higher elevations near the Tennessee border. Also...scattered light rain showers and sprinkles will affect the higher elevations of northeast Georgia and the upstate of South Carolina into the afternoon with little or no rainfall amounts expected.
