Fulton County... Cambria County... * until 1130 PM EST... * at 535 PM EST Doppler radar indicated rain continuing over the area. Streams and creeks are already out of their banks in some locations... and the additional rain will continue the flooding through the evening. * Some locations that may experience flooding include... Chambersburg... Mercersburg... Bedford... Belden... Meyersdale... Somerset... confluence... Johnstown and Ebensburg. Moderate rain will continue across the region through the early evening... then slowly begin to taper off later tonight. Some areas will see an additional half inch to one inch of rain before the precipitation ends. Precautionary/preparedness actions... Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. Most flooding deaths occur in automobiles. Turn around dont drown!
