An area of rain will continue moving into the Virginia and lower Maryland Eastern Shore areas through 11 am. Some of this rain will be moderate to heavy...with some locations...especially along and east of a Salisbury to Exmore line...receiving one half inch of rain before precipitation tapers off early this afternoon. Motorists should use extra caution while traveling the remainder of the morning due to the possibility rapid changes in weather conditions...and some standing water on roads. Boaters on the coastal waters and the middle portion of the Chesapeake Bay will also be affected by the rain.
