20 minutes southwest of St. Louis, MO, the Meremac River floods on November 1st, 2009. Crest reached 27 feet, about 12 feet above flood stage, in Valley Park, MO. The intersection of Water and Ferry Streets, in downtown Fenton, MO, is one of the first areas to succumb to local flooding.

As far as I know, the only homes threatened are very familiar with localized flooding along the Meremac. The only homes in danger, that I know of, are on stilts, and are still dry...except their driveways. Action: \| Ignore User
